Job Description
Accountabilities:
- As a Lead Facilities Engineer, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for campus facility “externals” – buildings, utilities, and/or processing systems.
- You will provide context and historical information on plant and system operation.
- You will also be responsible for understanding and troubleshooting all systems including HVAC systems, Biosafety cabinets, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed air and gas systems, Controlled temperature units and walk-ins
- . Your role will also involve working with SHE for investigation and resolution of NOVs, letters, and recommendations from inspectors.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of industry experience
- BA/BS Engineering/Life Science
