What you'll be working on
- Managing recruiting process for multiple open roles using an applicant tracking system
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, etc
- Screening candidates and scheduling initial interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers on candidate evaluations

Responsibilities
- Post new job requisitions and monitor application flow
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens of candidates
- Schedule and track interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Provide weekly status reports on pipeline and interviews scheduled
- Assist in offer negotiations and coordinate new hire onboarding

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
- Proficient in commonly used applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Lever, etc
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
