Job Title: Executive Assistant LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our investment partners and team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks including calendaring planning events and corporate travel assisting with personal planning and travel coordinating with vendors (including budget negotiations) and managing compliance requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to investment partners and the investment team.
  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and plan events.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange corporate and personal travel plans ensuring all details are meticulously handled.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Coordinate with vendors including budget negotiations and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Compliance Management:

  • Assist in managing compliance requirements ensuring all regulatory guidelines are met.

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate with Wall Street partners for events ensuring seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in administrative support preferably in a financial or investment setting.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
