ARK Products a small family company in Columbia South Carolina is seeking a dedicated ECommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team! ARK creates sensory tools for individuals with special needs and is looking for someone who shares our passion for supporting others. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and resolving issues through all channels including email phone social media and live chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and response time targets
  • Provide personalized support to customers resolving issues and answering questions
  • Utilize strong writing skills to craft clear concise and empathetic responses to customers
  • Process orders and assist customers with orderrelated inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer creative solutions utilizing strong problemsolving skills
  • Master ARKs product line learning features functions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide light office support including greeting visitors maintaining a tidy reception area and running errands
  • Share valuable customer insights with the team and participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of written customer service experience
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to empathize with customers remain calm under pressure and provide creative solutions
  • Strong work ethic with initiative and ownership to see tasks through to completion
  • Reliable selfsufficient and comfortable working independently
  • Eager to learn and improve with a commitment to excellence
  • Experience in ecommerce customer service specifically is a plus

Commitment:

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:305:00 with a 30 minute lunch break. This is an onsite position in a quiet casual office setting environment.
