Post-Production Coordinator

Were looking for an experienced PostProduction Coordinator who can work onsite from our beautiful studio in Barcelona Spain.

* Not open for remote work this position must be based in Barcelona.

* Barcelona locals & Europeans open to relocation will be given priority.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up maintaining and wrapping up a project in close collaboration with the Postproducer and Supervisor s
• Organising and attending daily reviews
• Assessing the progression of established project plans
• Keeping the production database up to date
• Serving as organisational contact for clients and preparing client approval sessions
• Running submissions and deliveries

Requirements:

• Understanding of the animation and postproduction processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in coordinating animation/VFX/Advertising projects in an established international facility.
• Knowledge of CG production pipelines and postproduction in general is crucial
• Ability to establish priorities and multitask efficiently within a highpressure environment
• Excellent organization skills ability to take initiative problem solve manage time and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of relevant scheduling budgeting and wokflow software.
• Ability to work as part of a team take direction and mentor junior post production staff if needed.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills spoken and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with current image and video formats
• Apt to handle sensitive data with diligence
• Ability and motivation to quickly learn new software
• Eligible to work in Spain
