Job Duties:
Prepare and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to specified recipes and standards.
Develop new recipes and improve existing products.
Organize and supervise the daily operations of the pastry department to ensure efficient operation.
Manage inventory and order necessary materials on a regular basis.
Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the work area.
Train and guide department staff to ensure the highest levels of quality.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.
