Job Duties:

Slaughtering and cutting meat according to Sharia standards and health procedures.
Ensuring the quality of meat and ensuring its safety and suitability for consumption.
Maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of work tools and the work environment.
Managing inventory and recording meat quantities and expiration dates.
Dealing with special requests from customers and providing advice on meat types and cooking methods.
Adhering to occupational health and safety procedures during work.
Required Skills:

Practical skills in cutting and preparing meat efficiently and accurately.
Ability to work under pressure and in cold work environments.
