Job Summary: The Communications Representative will be responsible for managing internal and external communications ensuring that our message is consistent engaging and aligned with our brand. This role involves working closely with various departments to support their communication needs and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to media inquiries arrange interviews and act as a spokesperson for the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and manage communication projects.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote our brand.
• Organize and coordinate events such as press conferences open houses and fundraising events.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of communication campaigns.
• Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Experience with media relations and event planning.
