Job Description:

As a Deputy Branch Manager (DBM) for CASA & Insurance Products you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned region. The role demands proactive sourcing through the open market and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) and insurance products.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Source potential customers through various channels in the open market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of CASA and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resultsoriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
