Job Description
Job Duties:
Assist chefs in preparing bread and baked goods according to specified recipes and measurements.
Prepare and mix ingredients and prepare doughs.
Monitor baking operations and ensure quality and optimal leveling of products.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools and equipment.
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Adhere to work schedules and perform required tasks efficiently.
Required Skills:
Skills in preparing bread and baked goods and knowledge of ingredients and baking techniques.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under the supervision of chefs.
Organization and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products.
