Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both UI and UX design with a knack for the FinTech space.
  
• Proficiency in industrystandard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Proven track record of crafting engaging mobile app experiences and responsive designs.
  
• Strong understanding of usercentred design (UCD) principles and best practices.
  
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  
• Experience with Design Thinking and the ability to tailor your process to specific projects.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seamless and engaging user experiences from concept to execution.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  
• Craft visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces that align with our brand and values.
  
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying design gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
  
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System and maintain design consistency.
  
• Conduct and participate in User Research and Usability Testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
  
• Advocate for user needs and ensure they are central to the design process
  
• Present and communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to the team and stakeholders.
