Job Description

NOTE Its a onsite position.
Job Description.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule cost estimates resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external resources.
- Manage project teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to the project plan.
- Communicate project progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project outputs meet required standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities decisions and changes.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably within the IT sector.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
- Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) PM certification is a plus.
