Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role: Manager CSR Services
Key skills: CSR consulting stakeholder management team management
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore preferred. Remote working with periodic travel

About the role
The CSR Services team is the primary owner of all client relationships and is responsible for overall client delight. We are looking for a candidate to lead a pod of associates in managing a portfolio of client engagements and ensuring high quality delivery of services to each client. Moreover developing deep trusted client relationships and being their problemsolver for anything CSR will be critical in this role.
Key responsibilities
1 . Account Management
Ensure that healthy gross margins are maintained at account level
Ownership of contract renewal and revenue growth for allocated account portfolio
Invoicing and payment collections
Efficient delivery through optimal resource management
Identify expansion opportunities through upsell / cross sell
2. Lead Program Delivery
Client engagement and NPS ownership for allocated portfolio
Program management planning scoping and delivery ownership
Scope adherence and timely delivery of services/ product deliverables
3. Provide Strategic Consulting
CSR strategy formulation program design and drawing databased insights to be shared with the clients
Help client to design / restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver realmeasurable sustainable impact
Understand the clients vision and codevelop the roadmap for adhering to the clients Impact / goals and projects
Coordination with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services /deliverables
Ensure quality of services through regular client cadence supervising governance and leading internal project and knowledge management
Drive collaboration across teams within Give grants
4. Team Management
Manage a team of up to 3 associates to deliver the scope of work and beyond to the clients
Identify training needs for the team and handhold them for professional development
Requirements
A minimum 710 years experience in account management project management and consulting
Exposure to either CSR or equivalent consulting experience
Possess stakeholder management and client influencing relationship building skills
A bias toward action and ability to manage multiple projects juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines with a handson approach
Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
Work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
A passionate coach for your high performing team and empowers the team and leads with empathy and integrity
