Bread Baker

Perform Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bread Baker to join our client a prominent retail company based in Limerick. This is a fulltime permanent position with a competitive salary of 14 euros per hour. If you have a passion for baking and a commitment to quality we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Quality Control: Ensure all baked goods meet high standards for taste texture and appearance.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Occasionally interact with customers providing excellent service and addressing any queries regarding our baked products.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a bread baker
• Skills: Proficiency in baking techniques including mixing kneading and shaping dough.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other baking ingredients.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in all aspects of baking.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work morning shifts and weekends as required.
