• Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of service and handling complaints.
• Business Development: Promoting the bar via social media events and promotions.
• Operational Management: Maintaining cleanliness equipment and health and safety compliance.
• Administration: Managing budgets cash and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
