Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through handling inbound and outbound calls resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and procedures.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals and targets.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems databases and call center software.
