Job Description

Job Title: Sales Room Consultant

Location: Ballymount Dublin

Type: Fulltime

They are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Room Consultant to join their team and help to continue their tradition of excellence.

Job Description:

As a Sales Room Consultant you will be the face of the brand providing knowledgeable and friendly service to customers. You will help them find the perfect products to meet their fitness and sports needs. Your goal will be to ensure an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat business and builds lasting relationships with their clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide detailed information on products including features benefits and uses
  • Understand and stay uptodate with the latest sports and fitness trends and products
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain the sales floor ensuring it is clean organized and wellstocked
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Participate in sales events and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferably in the sports / furniture industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for sports and fitness
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems
