General Manager - Sofitel Hotel

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Hotel Management are a plus.

Operations Management: Ability to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including sales, marketing, and day-to-day management.

Strategy and Planning: Skills in developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct various teams within the hotel, including training, motivating, and evaluating performance.

Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Budget Management: Ability to prepare and manage budgets, and monitor expenses and revenues to achieve the hotel’s financial goals.
