Job Description

• Represent the End to End life cycle of sourcing, securing, designing, funding, operating and exiting corporate office locations

• Provide an efficient and cost-effective service to all building occupants in the delivery of facilities services. Provide management, direction, monitoring and evaluation of performance and delivery against the agreed specification. Report, escalate and rectify non-performance.

• Improve space utilization, ensuring assets are kept in good order and business needs are met.
