Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Certifications or training in sales management are a plus.
Sales Strategies: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve restaurant sales goals.
Team Management: Skills in leading and directing a sales team, including training, evaluating performance, and motivating employees to achieve goals.
Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and understand customer trends to provide appropriate strategies and increase customer base.
Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners, and developing new business opportunities.
Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to negotiate with customers and close deals successfully, and maximize opportunities.
