Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and organizing their sports travel itineraries based on preferences and budget.

Destination Expertise

• Stay informed about sports events destinations and industry updates to provide clients with the latest information.
  
• Make recommendations for unique and personalized sports travel experiences.
  

Training and Development

• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book sports travel.
  
• Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific sports destinations.
  

Client Satisfaction

• Provide excellent customer support before during and after trips addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  
• Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
  
• Must be able to communicate with clients effectively.
  
• Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended but not required.
  
• Personal sports travel experience is a huge plus however not required.
  
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus but not required.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple travel itineraries simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in booking details.
  
• Proficiency in email correspondence and virtual communication tools.
