Drive Visibility in Mortgage Solutions
  • Interpret clarify and implement product changes in our product catalogue and policy changes in our lender policy database.
  • Provide support to the broker network through email telephone and the Lending Advice Forum addressing inquiries about the effective use of broker systems.
  • Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice and support to the broker network helping them understand policies navigate complex scenarios and structure deals.
  • Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise.
  • Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network.
  • Maintain effective relationships with lender representatives serving as a source of information and clarification for any issues that arise.
  • Maintain and update the lender contact database.
  • Ensure regular audits of system information are conducted.

Requirements

Your Skills to Optimize and Excel

  • Comprehensive understanding of lending terminology and regulatory frameworks.
  • Good troubleshooting and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities including the capacity to engage with individuals at various levels and with differing technical knowledge and skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Great prioritization skills with the ability to swiftly switch between tasks.
  • Capability to selfmanage multiple priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Friendly approachable demeanor with strong relationship management skills.
  • Capable of performing both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong achievement and results orientation with the ability to anticipate prioritize and address issues proactively and decisively.
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential lending.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Prior knowledge of ApplyOnline is preferred.
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred.
