IT Support Intern

As an IT Support Intern you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware software and other ITrelated issues. This role is designed to provide you with handson experience and exposure to a variety of IT tasks with opportunities to specialize in data AI or marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide firstlevel support for ITrelated issues and inquiries.
  

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network problems.
  

• Support users with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools.
  

• Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals.
  

• Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
  

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
  

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements
