About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Civil Engineer Project Manager Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll lead and oversee land development projects from conceptualization to completion. If youre passionate about civil engineering and have a knack for project management client interaction and technical design we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Supervise engineering designers including assigning work reviewing work and ensuring quality control.
• Manage project schedules and budgets ensuring timely and costeffective delivery.
• Prepare contracts fee proposals and scopes of work for land development projects.
• Interact with clients and public agency personnel building strong and positive working relationships.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of land development experience or ten (10) years of total work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/Inroads.
• Demonstrated ability to think independently and make sound decisions.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with preliminary engineering design studies including land use and zoning considerations site constraints and regulatory issues.
• Experience with preparing and processing tentative and final subdivision maps.
• Experience with preparing and processing public improvement plans and development plans.
• Experience with preparing and reviewing hydrologic studies and drainage reports.
