Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with leaders to identify training and development needs and implement effective learning and development programs
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and manage the communication and transition process
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and in alignment with company values and culture
