Job Description
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Training courses in laundry management or hospitality are an added advantage.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage the washing, drying and ironing process effectively, and ensure the quality of service provided.
Customer Service: Skills in dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring that their needs are met positively.
Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy of work and ensure that clothes are properly cleaned, dried and ironed.
Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
