Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare law to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex healthcare litigation and providing strategic legal advice to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent healthcare organizations and physicians in matters related to valuebased payment and population health strategies.
• Advise clients on ACOs bundled payment and clinically integrated networks.
• Provide counsel on healthcare policy legislative advocacy and executive strategy.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions privacy and data security and the business aspects of organized medicine.
• Lead and manage highprofile healthcare litigation including hospital governance financing certificate of need healthcare regulatory reimbursement professional malpractice and government investigations.
• Develop and implement strategies to address complex legal challenges in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare law.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in healthcare litigation and advisory roles.
• Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
