What you will be doing:
- Represent our workers compensation clients at hearings in front of the Industrial Commission
- Work in a fulltime hybrid role based in Cleveland Ohio
- Utilize research abilities for case preparation
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients
Experience you will need:
- Experience in Ohio workers compensation
- Experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
