Program Development and Management

• Directly manages supports and develops clinicians and interns on staff.
• Responsible for clinical compliance in accordance with accreditation and licensing standards including assisting with any quality audits and/or reviews.
• Identifies develops evaluates and implements new evidencebased programs of the highestquality that supports the needs of the populations we serve to promote health and wellness while also promoting growth of the program and the brand.
• Develops training and programming to deliver high quality and effective IOP and OP services.
• Creates programs and initiatives that address social/economic/health inequalities using Population Health tools and strategies for the communities that we serve.
• Partners with the leadership and junior staff to develop training and education programs for local and regional partners.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to other clinicians on the team to support in the design development and the delivery of our programming.
• Responsible for tracking clinical capacity and potential needs to meet community demand.
• Manage a program budget and expenses for workforce.
• Responsible for the overall daytoday operations within the clinic.
