Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Certificates or training courses in sales management are an added advantage.
Sales Strategies: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenues and achieve sales goals for the restaurant.
Team Management: Skills in leading and directing a sales team, including coaching, evaluating performance, and motivating employees to achieve goals.
Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and understand customer trends to provide appropriate strategies and increase the customer base.
Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners, and developing new business opportunities.
