Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Training courses in hotel or tourism management are an added advantage.
Reservation Management: The ability to handle and manage reservation systems efficiently, including data entry and updating information for reservations.
Dealing with customers: Skills in providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and solving their problems in a professional manner.
Organization and accuracy: Ability to organize tasks accurately, and review reservations to ensure accuracy of details and avoid errors.
Effective Communication: Skills in clear and effective communication with clients and co-workers, whether via phone or email.
