Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in security, security management, or related field. Advanced professional certifications in security such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) may be preferred.
Security and Safety Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of security systems, security procedures, and preventive measures to protect individuals and property.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct security teams, including training employees and evaluating their performance.
Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement security strategies and plans that are consistent with the company's goals and requirements.
Dealing with crises: Skills in managing crises and dealing with emergency situations effectively and quickly.
Familiarity with Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to security and safety.
