Job Summary: The Brand Marketing Operations SpecialistPRC is responsible for coordinating and managing Promotional Review Committee (PRC) activities for the Terlivaz brand within the Veeva PromoMats system. This role involves overseeing project timelines facilitating PRC meetings collaborating with various departments and external partners and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Marketing Services this position is hybrid requiring two days in the Bridgewater NJ office and three days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines reviews and approvals for printed and digital materials.
• Collaborate with marketing advertising agencies and internal departments to meet project deadlines.
• Schedule PRC meetings develop meeting agendas and maintain records for assigned products/projects.
• Coordinate with external creative resources to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
• Assist the Director Marketing Services with additional projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure all promotional materials undergo proper preparation before submission to Regulatory Operations for OPDP filing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline PRC processes across functional teams.

Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Communications Business Marketing Advertising English or related fields preferred. Relevant work experience accepted if no degree. Experience: Five or more years in marketing communications advertising agency or project managementdriven environments. Experience in pharmaceuticals or regulatorydriven marketing highly desirable. Skills/Qualifications:
