Job Description

This is a remote position.


Scope:
  • Fulltime position 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am 6pm Singapore/Philippines
  • Includes 1hr unpaid break
  • Opportunity to earn performancebased incentives
Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls emails and other communication channels.
  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume lead engagement and other relevant metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
  • Present the companys products or services in a compelling manner addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions feedback and sales progress.

Requirements
  • 3 years experience in telesales preferably in a B2B setting
  • Fluent in spoken English with strong written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decisionmakers.
  • Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
