Senior Manager Project

• Organizing Management s Project Brief and wishlist for disseminating to Project or Architect Team.
  
• Consultants appointments for the project.
  
• Ascertain probable cost by obtaining or estimates cost plans by working with cost consultants.
  
• Develop a budget and phasing programme for the development by working with Consultant Team.
  
• Prepare reports conducting documentation for calling tender and seeking approval from management for awards to contractors.
  
• Assign site personnel to help coordinate and supervise the work.
  
• Avoid downtime at the site by ensure timely issuance of Construction Information to the Contractor.
  
• Ensure the project is executed according to specifications within the timeline and within the allocated budget.
  
• Maintain precise records documentation on matters arising/correspondence with consultants contractor and local authorities.
  
• Maintain ongoing rapport with key personnel at local government and approving bodies to ensure timely submissions approvals and changes.
  
• Facilitate a smooth handover of the development to purchasers within the specified milestones ensuring minimal defects and complaints and secure Certification of Practical Completion and Certificate of Occupancy (C.F.).
  
• Upon handing over the project (keys to purchasers) ensure a prompt response to any defects that arise in order to minimize inconvenience to purchasers and help build the companys credibility and trust.
  
• Finalize project account.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Project Management Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field.
  
• At least 15 years of experience in civil engineering or project management with a strong background in managing largescale development projects.
  
• Proven experience in cost estimation budgeting and phasing programs.
  
• Indepth knowledge of project specifications timelines budgets and construction processes.
  
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing project reports documentation and tender processes.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with consultants contractors local authorities and other stakeholders.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
