Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and implement our marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization.
- Conduct market surveys collect market information analyze user requests and competing product dynamics
- Plan the activity content of the new product during the main promotion period in the store and follow up the results of the store implementation
- Responsible for docking with suppliers completing market material production and store coverage
- Fan group operation paying attention to the quantity and quality of store fans maintaining fan retention and improving conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Advertising Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferable
- Strong understanding of business and industry
- Outstanding people management communication training computer and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events including webinars trade shows and fairs
