VICE PRESIDENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Leading a team of PD Managers taking care of Product Development Activities. For leading & managing the team good knowledge of management tools is plus.
  
• Market Export Market (US & UK)
  
• Vast experience of PD as per Diamond Jewellery
  
• Good Exposure of Merchandising
  
• Responsible for the creativity & popularity of designs based on new trends and demand in the market
  
• Focus on NPDs based on market research & increase the awareness level of creativity & product enhancement amongst team
  
• Take regular design inputs from marketing management and clients and create a strong brand in the market.
  
• Open to travel
  
• Research latest trends by participating in trade shows jewellery stores market interacting with customers publications etc.
  
• Training internal teams on new concepts and motivating to deliver in defined timelines
  
• Other aspects as per PD
  

Requirements

• A vision to lead the creative vertical of a design house (B2B)
  
• An eye for detail
  
• Qualifications & Experience:
  

• Bachelor s degree in jewellery design from NIFT or reputed institution is a plus
  
• Diploma in related field with prior experience of managing similar projects and campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of system and process creative mindset with passion for designing and out of box thinker.
  

• Experience: 15 years with 5 year experience of senior management of PD team.
  
• Market : Export (US & UK)

• Job Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
  

• Should have strong grasp of current designing tools and strategies and be able to lead a team of PD Managers & creative designers.Good communication and clarity of thoughts.
  
• Experience with Corel Draw Rhino etc. In the jewellery production process. Ability to grasp business realities and strong analytical skills.
