Job Description
Position Overview:
L4B Software is seeking a Senior Software Architect with 710 years of experience for a key technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture MCAL CDD integration and AUTOSARbased ECUs along with expertise in Vector stack & BSW diagnostics and communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership:
- Lead the design and architecture of software solutions for MCAL CDD and AUTOSARbased ECUs.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive the technical direction and strategy for software projects.
- Technical Guidance and Mentorship:
- Guide and mentor development teams in best practices and architectural principles.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical discussions within the team.
- Software Development and Integration:
- Utilize Vector stack & BSW for effective software development and architecture.
- Oversee the integration of software components to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Implement diagnostics and communication protocols including CAN Ethernet and Flexray.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure software architecture meets industry standards and quality requirements.
- Implement and manage robust testing validation and verification processes.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers system architects and project managers to define and deliver comprehensive software solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in project planning estimation and risk management activities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in software architecture.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in software architecture and development processes.
- Drive initiatives to enhance software performance scalability and maintainability.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in software architecture and development particularly in automotive or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in MCAL and CDD integration.
- Extensive experience with HPC and AUTOSARbased ECUs.
- Expertise in Vector stack & BSW.
- Indepth knowledge of diagnostics and communication protocols (CAN Ethernet Flexray).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
