Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized process associate to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing various aspects from Lead / Proposal to Invoicing stage ensuring creation of projects stage upgradations in projects and ensuring invoicing through coorodination with Sales team operations team and billing teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Management:
   

Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and project scope.


Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal creation.

1. Sales Order and Purchase Order Processing:
   

Manage the sales order process from receipt to fulfillment ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.


Handle purchase orders for services verifying terms pricing and delivery schedules.

1. Client Relationship Management:
   

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing timely support.


Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

1. Drafting Invoices and coordination for Billing:
   

Prepare draft invoices based on project milestones and customer agreements.


Monitor billing activities and follow up on overdue accounts as needed.

1. Project Status Ownership:
   

Track project progress and milestones ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

1. Leads follow up:
   

Leads when allocated following up and conversion to business.

1. MIS and Reports on the Leads Proposals Projects and Billing to Management:
   

Preparation and submission of various reports as required by Management team from Zoho CRM Zoho Projects Zoho Subscriptions modules.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree or above.


Proven experience in sales coordination Proposal preparations project management or a similar role.


Proficiency in ZOHO CRM ZOHO Projects Salesforce or similar app


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.


MIS preparations from ERP/ SAP/ Zoho for team and management.
