Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or related field. Additional certifications in hotel management are an added advantage.
Operations Management: The ability to oversee all aspects of a hotel's operation, including sales, marketing, and daily management.
Strategy and Planning: Skills in developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and increase revenues.
