Job Description:

As an experienced Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving business efficiency and effectiveness through datadriven insights and recommendations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyze business processes gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of projects and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy completeness and reliability for decisionmaking purposes.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) use cases and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements define project scope and obtain stakeholder buyin.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies and recommend enhancements to existing systems or processes.
• Assist in the design and implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and training to endusers on implemented systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress track milestones and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques including process modeling data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum BPMN).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
