Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer

Experience : 3 to 6 years

Location : Mcminnville Oregon

Responsibilities:

• Need 4 Years of experience candidates.
• Maintain existing apps create new and/or enhance division power apps with backend integration to SQL.
• Performs installation of desktop software products as approved by client.
• Able to support Windows & basic iMac devices break fix Issues.
• Image and reimage the Laptops and install approved software
• Completes necessary administrative work to track and demonstrate completion of tasks in the ServiceNow ITSM tool
• Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
• Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer relations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products.
• Perform basic AD user management activities
• Troubleshoot Printer issues.
