Director Corporate Banking

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Director of Corporate Banking to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our corporate banking division you will have the opportunity to lead and drive the corporate banking business establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the corporate banking portfolio.
• Lead a team of corporate bankers and ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance the corporate banking business.
• Oversee the assessment of creditworthiness of corporate clients and manage credit risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all corporate banking activities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate banking or related financial services roles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Desired Experience:

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in managing corporate banking operations and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's corporate banking landscape and regulations.
• Track record of successful client relationship management and business development.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for the Director of Corporate Banking position ranges from 30000 Riyals to 36000 Riyals per month.
