Job Description

Our client is one of the biggest conglomerate companies in Indonesia led by a prominent business leader with strong financial backing and expansion plans. With diverse business pillars our client is looking for a senior lead in Compensation & Benefit/

Job Responsibilities :

As the GM Compensation and Benefit you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that attract retain and motivate top talent across our various business units.


Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of Taxation in Indonersia
  • Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits leader in a large diversified organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures benefits design and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in implementing strategic LongTerm Incentive Plan is mandatory
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies.
