About The Role

The Deputy Head of Global Sales (Head of Growth & Strategy) position aims to build and run a solid sales performance management framework and lead a global sales expansion plan.

Reporting line: Head of Global Sales

Location: UAE/Europe

Worksite: Hybrid/Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Brokerage Sales operations (product positioning business development strategy client satisfaction & retention sales operations resources & budget)

  • Grow AUM and client satisfaction (meet & exceed targets)

  • Establish and operate a cuttingedge sales performance management system a crucial foundation for our sales operations

  • Empower our sales team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies

  • Develop and implement new sales processes and upgrade/advance existing ones in close cooperation with the Head of Sales Excellence

  • Develop a global expansion strategy includingbut not limited toselecting the licensing setup strategic partnerships working with marketing on the GTM plan product mix pricing etc.

  • Liaise with other Exante departments to create a market entry project plan for every new validated business opportunity. Identify revenue potential investment and potential risks

  • Manage endtoend delivery cycle of new products/product features and rollout to customers and training for sales force

  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction

  • Work with the Head of Global Sales in the budgeting and planning process including setting targets remuneration etc.

  • Upgrade and scale up the existing Partnership program

  • Manage business stakeholder expectations: business cases and regular reporting

  • Ensure that sales processes are aligned with the Companys policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree MBA preferred

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • At least 10 years of experience leading & scaling B2B sales operations and driving strategic planning in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment (IT Fintech etc)

  • Working experience in a Corporations at the Regional/HQ level

  • Proven track record in market/competitive analysis forecasting developing business cases strategic planning and analysis market research competitive intelligence

  • Execution excellence

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies techniques and processes

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills

  • Experience leading crossfunctional teams in multiple locations
