Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:15 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
Key Duties
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings and coordinating interviews
Organise and manage training sessions and HR events
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an HR support role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
A proactive and detailoriented approach
