*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the electrical maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in injection molding electrical maintenance including troubleshooting PLC machines and control circuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all electrical systems and equipment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Electrical Maintenance:* Supervise and manage the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment including drives and electronic cards.

*Troubleshooting:* Troubleshoot and resolve control circuit faults and issues with PLC machines.

*Team Management:* Lead and mentor the electrical maintenance team ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.

*System Monitoring:* Monitor the performance of electrical systems and implement improvements as necessary.

*ERP and MS Office Use:* Utilize ERP systems and MS Office for reporting tracking maintenance activities and managing orders.

*Order Processing:* Process orders via email or phone ensuring timely and accurate execution.

*Documentation:* Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities repairs and system updates.

*Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards related to electrical maintenance.

*Qualifications:*

HND or Engineering graduate.

1015 years experience as a supervisor in the electrical maintenance department of an injection molding environment.

Handson experience with troubleshooting control circuit faults and PLC machines.

Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical and electronics.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Experience working in an Indian company is mandatory.
