Applicant Requirements:

• Proven experience as Forklift Mechanics for over 3 years.
• Skilled in testing and repairing electrical systems in forklifts.
• Capable of adhering to safety protocols and conducting diagnostic procedures in a forklift maintenance environment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing forklift emission control systems and fuel injection systems.
• Competent in diagnosing and repairing drivetrain components including axles transmissions and clutch systems in forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in forklifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections and adjustments to various forklift systems.
• Replace or repair defective parts and components ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work including parts used and time spent.
• Ensure all forklifts are compliant with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards techniques and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as Forklift Mechanics demonstrated by at least 3 years in the field.
• Strong proficiency in using mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy materials safely.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills capable of liaising effectively with clients and team members.
