Position: LatAm Operations Assistant (Marketing Emphasis)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:00 AM4:00 PM PT 11:00 PM7:00 AM
Salary Range: $1200 $1700 per month
About the job:
We are seeking a Shopify/Operations Admin or Manager to help handle many of the daytoday tasks related to running our company. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage orders optimize our Shopify store and assist with customer service and marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily orders and relay information to our fulfillment staff.
- Manage and update Shopify product listings including product titles descriptions and images.
- Optimize website design and user experience to increase conversion rates through research and analysis.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and products.
- Assist with marketing tasks such as writing blogs sending physical mailer campaigns and launching sales campaigns.
- Build and manage sales and marketing lists (e.g. firsttime customers repeat customers eBay customers abandoned checkouts cold leads).
- Help clean up our database/CRM.
- Conduct outreach via email SMS and marketing mailers.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience with Shopify.
- Basic experience with marketing tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research projects to optimize website performance.
- Basic knowledge of database/CRM management.
- Proficient in email and SMS marketing tools.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory tracking software.
- Ability to perform basic level research projects.
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis and plugin solutions.
