Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Lead / Project Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering software development projects in an agile environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities exceptional communication skills cultural acumen and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple agile software development teams ensuring efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
• Monitor and track project progress identifying and mitigating risks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative and highperforming team culture promoting continuous improvement and learning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including resource allocation timelines and budget estimations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
• Implement project management methodologies tools and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies incorporating them into project management practices

Requirements

Requirements

• at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a masters degree in information management
• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Lead Project Lead or similar role in an international agile software development environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication abilities both verbal and written with the capacity to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure Devops or similar.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
• You are able to chair the scrum rituals (standups refinements planning retrospectives) and you are very strict in guiding the conversations towards the goals of the rituals.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge and experience with ART is a big plus.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build positive working relationships.
• experienced in actively engaging with developers in the EU or US to drive collaboration and project success.
• You are able to make team members feel comfortable in an egalitarian nonhierarchical working environment which means that you are able to establish and preserve an working environment where noone will not hold back to share their vision or opinion even if that means disagreement the more senior members of the team.
• You are able elicit team members on functional and technical aspects of the project.
